Angello's Mission for Ugandan Kids

Changing Lives Through Christ,
One Child at a Time.

We give vulnerable children in Uganda the opportunity to escape poverty through education, faith, and love — from their first day of school through university, vocational training, and meaningful employment.

“Let the little children come to Me…” — Matthew 19:14

Why This Mission Exists

Angello's Story

My name is Angello Ssempijja, and this mission is deeply personal. I was born and raised in Uganda by a single mother who sacrificed everything she had to make sure I could go to school. She worked many different jobs just so I could have food to eat and an education.

Life was not easy, but my mother never stopped believing in me. More importantly, God never stopped providing. God blessed me with the talent of playing soccer, and through that gift He opened doors that completely changed my life. Soccer paid for my education and eventually brought me to the United States, where I now study at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV).

When I look at the children we serve, I see myself. The only difference is that someone believed in me and gave me an opportunity. Today, I believe God is calling me to become that opportunity for thousands of children who are still waiting for someone to believe in them.

Everything this ministry does is to glorify God and to show children that they are loved, valued, and created for a purpose.

Our Mission

Poverty should never decide a child's future.

Every day, children in Uganda miss school because they cannot afford school fees, uniforms, books, or even one meal a day. Some spend their days collecting water instead of sitting in a classroom. We believe every child is created by God with a purpose — so we walk alongside them from childhood through university or vocational training, and help connect them to meaningful employment so they can become independent adults who one day help others. We don't just change lives. We raise the next generation of hope.

Who We Help

  • Children who cannot afford school fees
  • Orphans
  • Children raised by single mothers or grandparents
  • Children living in extreme poverty
  • Children without food or proper shelter
  • Children at risk of dropping out because of poverty

“Whoever is generous to the poor lends to the Lord, and He will reward them for what they have done.”

Proverbs 19:17

“Now to Him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine…”

Ephesians 3:20–21

  • Fed hungry children through community outreach
  • Visited families living in difficult conditions with practical support
  • Encouraged children through prayer and the Gospel
